1. Simply provide us with your materials catalogue as a spreadsheet and at no charge to you HBXL will make it available to EstimatorXpress users.
2. Your materials, product codes and prices will be downloaded by the builders via the HBXL Online Gateway, and will be automatically used by them as they cost and schedule each job in EstimatorXpress.
3. Once the builder has won the work (statistics show EstimatorXpress builders win double the business of non-users!) you’ll get the take-off that is automatically created by the software – this week – next week – the following week…
We can also help with the production of the spreadsheet (or CSV file) and extracting data from your trading IT system. There are a number of catalogue options. If you provide us with your products with generic prices available for all clients then its absolutely free of charge for one year! If you want to provide client specific pricing this will carry a small fee following consultation.
